She graduated in 1999 in Mathematics at the University of Parma and in 2006 she obtained the Ph.D. in Mathematics Education in joint supervision Italy-France at the Université Joseph Fourier in Grenoble and the University of Turin with a thesis titled: "Théorie des situations, mediation discussions collectives sémiotique et dans d'enseignement des sequences Cabri-géomètre avec pour la construction et des fonctions de Notion graphe de fonctions".

Professional experiences.

Since 2006, at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, she taught mathematics education and epistemology, she conducted workshops for integration of new technologies in teaching mathematics and planned activities and lessons in the laboratory of mathematical machines.

Since 2007 she taught courses for future and in-service kindergarten and primary teachers in various universities and institutions of Emilia Romagna (Italy).

Since 2010 at DFA-SUPSI of Locarno, she provides courses in mathematics education for future kindergarten and primary teachers.
